Wang Guan, male, born in 1981 in Jilin Province, member of the Communist Party of China, national first-class registered architect, senior title. He graduated from Harbin University of technology with a bachelor's degree in architecture, and from Beijing University of architecture with a master's degree in architectural design and theory.
