In view of this municipal service-oriented office building, the design is based on the concept of "convenient service square", emphasizing the principles of openness, affinity, convenience and efficiency. The architectural form adopts a combination of six cylinders staggered with each other. The cylinder with the largest central area can accommodate the atrium, traffic auxiliary space and internal office room, and the surrounding five are all kinds of service halls. This makes the atrium leading to the service halls with good spatial identification, short traffic distance and "one-stop" service. The main structure of the building adopts long-span multi barrel system and hollow floor system.
