The whole funeral home is located on the vast Hailaer grassland, and the main building is spread on the grassland from one to two floors, which is an extended location. The project will build a modern, park oriented and efficient funeral hall integrating functions of business, office, cremation, ashes storage and memorial service. The inside of the funeral hall will basically realize "outdoor garden oriented, indoor Hotel oriented, scientific management and automatic operation".

The design of Hailaer funeral hall changes the image of traditional funeral hall, which is horrible and inflexible. We hope to desalinate the concept of death, relieve the pressure of the living people's grief, purify the living people's mind, and make them have deep insight into the value of life. In the design of the whole funeral hall, concrete is selected as the overall keynote material of the funeral area. Through the opening of windows in the corridor, the room of the funeral hall and the hall, the light and shadow changes of the ceremony space are explored, so as to create the overall atmosphere of sculpture and memorial. The corridor type semi open outdoor gray space on both sides of the funeral hall building not only regulates the overall layout of the building, but also provides enough space for people to wait and exchange rest.
