Jianguo District of Tongliao City is located at the south exit of Tongliao City. East of Xiliao River and south of Horqin street. The project area is 493 hectares. The main features of the plan are to build public buildings along Hongguang street, set up city landmarks; set up businesses along the West Road, improve the internal service facilities of the area; increase the landscape connection between the area and Liaohe River, and create a dynamic area of the city.
