The project is located in the southeast of Zhuhai, north to Jiangjunshan on the black and white side, South to xiaohengqin mountain, West to Modaomen watercourse, east to Qianshan watercourse and qixinxia watercourse. The total land area of the project is 46.91 square kilometers, including 31.52 square kilometers of construction land and 15.39 square kilometers of non construction land. Form a planning structure of "one axis southward, east-west, two cores supporting the heart linkage", and form a multi center of "gate, bay and port" from east to west. Pay attention to the development of public transport, emphasize the ecological function, urban landscape function and citizen participation function of the river bank, and hope to build a southern center of Zhuhai with convenient transportation, beautiful scenery and happy life.

The design combines the successful cases to construct the evaluation system of the 21st century characteristic city features and the implementation of the scheme, and proposes the phased construction in a planned way. It puts forward more detailed form layout and function suggestions for the important development points and characteristic development points of the city, hoping to form a model to guide the smooth progress of the construction.
