Conclusion of the research of "Research and Innovation of concrete Material expressiveness" by DAQI ARCHITECTS
In April 2020, "Research and Innovation on The Expressiveness of Concrete Materials", which was presided over by Daqi Design, completed the conclusion of the scientific research project in Beijing. The meeting invited several authoritative experts. The meeting was conducted by network. Acceptance commission experts include: Fu Shaohui China aviation planning and construction development co., LTD. Director of the acceptance review committee; Song Yehao of the school of architecture, ,professor of Tsinghua university; Song Kun, professor of the school of architecture, Tianjin university; GeMing , school of architecture, southeast university ; Zhou Yufang, professor of central academy of fine arts; Cui Kai, academician, Chief architect of CADG; Wang Heng, chief architect of CADG. The meeting was hosted by Wang Yan, deputy director of the Scientific Research and Management Department of CADG. Experts carefully listened to the report and reviewed the relevant technical data. Cao Xiaoxin, director of DAQI ARCHITECTS , and Wang Jianwu, deputy director, as the project architects, made a detailed report on the project. This project takes the concrete artistic expressive force and related technology as the main line, develops the new concrete special technology, provides the technical support for the design creation, the research result has the strong practicality and the guidance, and has the good academic value and the application transformation prospect. The project is undertaken by Great Architecture Studio. The project leader is Director Cao Xiaoxin and senior architect Wang Jianwu. After 2 years of research, the project team has achieved the following results: First, the project improved the expressiveness of concrete through the study of technological process innovation and design practice innovation, formulated technical guidelines, and formed part 1 of Concrete Flexible Formwork Design Guide. Second, three demonstration projects were completed, and the research results were applied to the planning and design of Hailar Funeral Home, Dream-seeking Peony Pavilion wenchangli Performing Arts/Cultural Park, Dongxihu Cultural Center and other projects, which directly guided the engineering practice and achieved the expected results. Third, 5 papers has published about the research and 3 patents was proved. |
