Project Description:

The project is located in the west of the main urban area of Jinan, with Jinpu railway on the west and south sides, Dang Yang Road on the winter side and Jingshi Road on the north side. The urban design of this new urban area is an urban design project guided by TOD.

Wangfu subway station is the ground station of Line R1 of rail transit and is positioned as the neighborhood center station.On the basis of satisfying the traffic function, the site design focuses on creating diversified community living places to enhance the attraction of the site.Zhaoying subway station is a central station at the district level, with health care industry and housing as the main service functions, and the supporting facilities are compact and intensive.

The overall planning of the project aims at promoting the general plan of "westward" strategy and improving the overall efficiency of the city, carrying out the concept of western region's traffic guiding urban development, systematically enhancing the spatial functions along the traffic lines, so as to give full play to the regional driving function and the core traffic circulation function.The design greatly improves the environmental level and supports and promotes the construction and operation of rail transit by optimizing the layout of traffic stations and land, and rationally allocating infrastructure.In the aspect of regional environmental design, attention is paid to combing the water body and greening system of the area to complete ecological mending.
