Project Description:

The project is located at the coast of Tuziwan development Zone, Yantai city, Shandong Province, with a planned land area of 17.94 hectares.The site is surrounded by a good coastal landscape and river ecosystem. By integrating the landscape resources of the riverbank and the coast, the design will supplement the green ecological public space and build a complex art block, so as to realize the planning vision of "activating the culture and art consumption market and creating an international tourism experience highland".

The project is divided into three parts: water-loving commercial block, entertainment theme block and art theme block, including hotel, theater, commercial and health care community.With the theme of food culture, mass art, and health care and happy life, we have designed a number of activity plazas, combined with a variety of green public space, so that various formats of business connected to each other, to add cultural and artistic atmosphere and activity space for the coast.
